Il Fienile is a small loft with a separate entrance for 2-4 people, created from the renovation of a room used for storing hay, for a cheerful stay.

## La Torretta

La Torretta was the former manor house, has its own garden where outdoor dining is possible and its own private entrance with parking. Suitable for a family vacation or with friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

Can pets be brought in?

Pets are allowed in La Torretta, upon request, accepting some rules of hygiene. There is a fenced garden and a separate entrance. Pets are not allowed on the second floor in the rooms, it will be the responsibility of the owners to pick up the droppings in the garden. It is not possible to leave the dog alone during outings.

Can you park inside the property?

Yes, La Torretta house has its own uncovered parking for 2 cars, the Barn has a dedicated space a few steps from the entrance.

What are the cancellation policies?

Payment of 50% of the stay is required at booking, refundable up to 30 days before departure.
