## The production process as a social act, not an industrial one.

Water, free and irreplaceable.

She comes from heaven, but she is precious; without Her there is no life. We try to hold it back when it flows from the roofs to the sea, and once in the cisterns, we sip it over the crops, drop by drop.

Composting: regenerating the earth.

Composting is a fundamental practice: vegetable waste, prunings, grass clippings, all greenery is reused along with manure to form a soft, organic-rich substrate for our crops.

Very short supply chain and direct sales, you can only find our products here.

The harvest travels by wheelbarrow and arrives immediately on the counter or in the glass jar, pasteurized the same day, on the plate for enjoyable tasting alone or in company.

## Organic Regenerative Agriculture Networking.

We had little experience in the beginning, but we tried, researched, failed and started again. Growing so many different species without treatments is a bit of a gamble, because there are so many factors at play: temperature variations, insects, intercropping, fungi, diseases. You never know the card that fate, the weather or the wind will play. But we have a wild card, a network of other farmers with whom we exchange experiences, practices, techniques for sustainable and effective agriculture.
