# Welcome to Podere Le Vispe, the countryside by the sea.

Get to know our farmhouse, with vegetable garden, olive grove and orchard in Castelnuovo Magra, right on the border between Liguria and Tuscany. Learn about agricultural production, the workshop, our Mediterranean cuisine and hospitality.

Podere Le Vispe is a farm dedicated to the production of vegetables, fruits and olive oil and their processing. A short supply chain, in fact a very short supply chain: the harvest travels by wheelbarrow and arrives immediately on the counter, in the glass jar, pasteurized the same day, or on the table for a pleasant tasting.

A cutting board, a glass, a place in the shade: our way of welcoming you is simple.We await you with 0-km dishes, preserves and sweet and savory specialties to enjoy on the terrace.

### The store of wonders, fresh and appetizing.

You can buy produce from the garden and orchard, harvested on the day. We offer fresh preparations, such as pesto, salads and fruit salads for take-out. Also try our small gastronomy: every day vegetables from the garden are cooked and processed in our modern workshop, ready to take to the table.

### Home sweet home…sea view though!

La Torretta, charming 3-bedroom manor house for 8 people and Il Fienile, a small loft for 4 people with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed will welcome our guests looking for a stay between sea and countryside, adventures and art cities. We are open all year round, there is no winter here!… and if there is, it is a mild, gentle, reasonable winter.
