Ready-made KM0 dishes, chopping boards, sweet and savory preparations and preserves, take-out or on the spot, for aperitifs and snacks on the terrace or under the umbrella in our green lido, among the olive trees.

Every evening and Sunday lunchtime (until June), we offer two tasting routes for you to enjoy on the terrace: one richer and more convivial to share, the other lighter and vegetal, for those who love the freshness of seasonal vegetables.

Green Lido

New for the season: among the olive trees is born our small rural lido, an ephemeral, natural and cozy space, furnished with umbrellas and split sunbeds, where you can relax with a drink or a snack at km 0.

Tasting Le 7 Audacious Verdurines

Seven creative vegetable preparations accompanied by hot scones and a beverage of your choice from:

  • a glass of Vermentino (La Colombiera or Giacomelli, Castelnuovo Magra);
  • An Owski craft beer (50 cl, Luni);
  • A non-alcoholic vitamin cocktail made from fresh fruit and vegetable extracts.

For the Easter holidays we cook.

At noon on Easter, Easter Monday and April 25 we offer: 

Cod ravioli, Sicilian-style rabbit, Lamb with artichokes, Stuffed cabbage also in a vegetarian version, vegan lentil or mushroom meatballs, Stracciatella sbrisolona cake, Carrot and hazelnut plum, and more surprises to come.

Do you have a special need?

Do you want to organize in Podere Le Vispe a birthday, a baptism, a company party? For groups of people we can arrange a special menu, with a theme cake prepared by our Chef. For a dedicated evening outside the opening days, we can offer live music, wine tastings from local wineries, and other entertainment.

Our premises are on the ground floor easily accessible.
If you have special needs please inform us from the time of booking, most of the time it is easy to meet your needs; other times it is more complex. We can offer a gluten-free dish but cannot exclude -traces- of gluten because we do not have a fully dedicated area in our lab/kitchen.

In the 7 vegetables most of the preparations are without meat or fish, in case substitutions can be quickly suggested, one of the dishes of choice is vegan.

We have a large outdoor terrace, garden and sea view in the distance, and indoor seats in the store if bad weather comes. One can easily run for cover.

Il Fienile

Description

You enter by a staircase of 4 steps and enter the living room with dining area and a sofa; the kitchen connects the living room to the sleeping area, where you will find a writing desk and a double bed; the ante-bathroom with sink, washing machine, and built-in closet; and the bathroom with an extra-large shower. The space is designed as a unique environment that makes the most of the light coming in through the stained glass windows overlooking the fields and the sea.
