Composting is a fundamental practice: vegetable waste, prunings, grass clippings, all greenery is reused along with manure to form a soft, organic-rich substrate for our crops.

The harvest travels by wheelbarrow and arrives immediately on the counter or in the glass jar, pasteurized the same day, on the plate for enjoyable tasting alone or in company.
We had little experience in the beginning, but we tried, researched, failed and started again. Growing so many different species without treatments is a bit of a gamble, because there are so many factors at play: temperature variations, insects, intercropping, fungi, diseases. You never know the card that fate, the weather or the wind will play. But we have a wild card, a network of other farmers with whom we exchange experiences, practices, techniques for sustainable and effective agriculture.

Description
You enter by a staircase of 4 steps and enter the living room with dining area and a sofa; the kitchen connects the living room to the sleeping area, where you will find a writing desk and a double bed; the ante-bathroom with sink, washing machine, and built-in closet; and the bathroom with an extra-large shower. The space is designed as a unique environment that makes the most of the light coming in through the stained glass windows overlooking the fields and the sea.
